Job Summary

Brentwood Auto Wash is a family owned company that thrives on customer service and offers best in class commissions. Our sales team is known to be friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. If you are motivated by sales commissions, like working with people and have a "go get 'em" attitude then Brentwood Auto Wash could be the place for you We offer base pay of $15/hour plus commission and tips. Combined, our top sales associates average $34/hour.

We are hiring for full and part time positions. We offer flexible scheduling and try to accommodate student schedules

Responsibilities

  • You are the first person our customer meets and we need you to set the stage for the ultimate customer experience with a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Sell memberships and educate customers of the perks of joining "The Club" Understand our POS system and be able to troubleshoot any issues with the help of tech support
  • Assist the customers with the kiosk
  • Occasionally perform various tasks answering the phone, setting up detail appointments, etc.

Qualifications

  • Must have a competitive and confident attitude to achieve sales goals
  • Possess a natural sense of urgency while maintaining friendly and courteous attitude
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to what has been effective
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working outside in varying weather conditions and on weekends
