Job Summary:
The Integrated Support Services Administrator (ISSA) is a dynamic role designed to provide extensive support and improve the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care and Support : Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation, tailoring support to meet individual preferences and needs.
Medication Management : Safely dispense medication and educate clients and families on proper medication management.
Health Coordination : Coordinate healthcare appointments, manage comprehensive care plans, and ensure continuity of care with health providers.
Community and Social Engagement : Facilitate client involvement in community activities, provide companionship, and support social interactions to enrich clients' social lives.
Advocacy and Education : Advocate for clients' rights within various systems and educate them and their families on available resources and supports.
Mobility Support : Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
