Medication Management : Safely dispense medication and educate clients and families on proper medication management.
Health Coordination : Coordinate healthcare appointments, manage comprehensive care plans, and ensure continuity of care with health providers.
Community and Social Engagement : Facilitate client involvement in community activities, provide companionship, and support social interactions to enrich clients' social lives.
