Job Title: Associate Roofing Pro

Job Overview:

We’re seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Roofing Pros. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to break into the home service sales industry with the potential for rapid advancement to a senior sales position.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Engage in door-to-door prospecting to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in roofing services.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our roofing products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

- Customer Interaction: Initiate positive and informative conversations with homeowners, addressing their inquiries and educating them on the value of our roofing solutions.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives to conduct detailed consultations and close deals.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales leads using the provided tools and systems.

 

Qualifications:

- Sales Drive: Proven ability to work on a commission basis and a hunger for achieving sales targets.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to achieve daily and weekly goals.

- Positive Attitude: A positive and resilient mindset to overcome challenges and rejection.

- Coachable: Willingness to learn and adapt to sales strategies and techniques.
