We're specifically seeking candidates with backgrounds in the Financial Services Industry, particularly those experienced in the Capital Market domain and with a demonstrated understanding of trade lifecycles. If you're submitting candidates local to Tampa or Dallas, please aim to keep the pay rate below or max to $50/hr. on W2. However, we do have flexibility in the pay rate for candidates targeting the Jersey City location. Thank you for your attention to these specifications.

Job Description
• Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases based on epics and releases; present results and supervise defects to closure
• Prepare, maintain, and execute scripts for manual testing
• Review test cases / manual testing approach with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage and acquire feedback
• Track test execution breakthroughs, report on issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines
• Construct appropriate end-to-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals
• Collaborate with delivery pipeline teams to drive adoption and resolve open issues.
• Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements; lead and maintain environment and data.
• Provide mentorship to colleagues related to test coverage and test cases
• Develop a detailed understanding of the product being delivered
• Responsible for process compliance & associated documentation
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading large scale testing efforts or program management
• Intermediate Excel (V-Look ups, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Manual testing/User Acceptance testing and Test Engineering methodologies
• Experience with test data management is a plus
• Detailed understanding of smoke testing, as well as regression testing
• Experience in estimating, prioritizing, and planning testing activities
• In depth knowledge of the SDLC and STLC lifecycles
• Preferably from the Capital Market domain with proven understanding of trade lifecycles
• Eye for business with knowledge of Financial Risk Management or strong desire to learn
• Experienced in Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordination
• Experience presenting to business users/stakeholders
• PMP®, CSM® ,CSPO®,or PMI-ACP® a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience.
2. Do you have minimum of 6+ years of related IT experience and Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading large scale testing efforts or program management
3. Do you have intermediate Excel (V-Look ups, Pivot Tables) skills
4. Do you have experience with Manual testing/User Acceptance testing and Test Engineering methodologies.
5. Do you have detailed understanding of smoke testing, as well as regression testing
6. Do you have an eye for business with knowledge of Financial Risk Management or strong desire to learn.
7. Do you have experienced in Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordination.
8. Do you have experience presenting to business users/stakeholders.
9. Do you have experience with test data management is a plus.
10. Do you have a PMP®, CSM® ,CSPO®,or PMI-ACP® a plus
