Physical Therapy Aide

We are seeking PT Aide in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Require an individual who is personable, reliable, professional, and efficient for a fast-paced clinic (**previous work in related field recommended). Excellent position to learn innovative techniques and to gain hands-on experience in direct patient care, great for any applicant working towards a career in physical therapy and/or in the healthcare field. Working along side mentoring Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and fellow aides.
Responsibilities
- Assist PTs in Outpatient clinic (work under direct supervision of therapists)
- Cleaning clinic and daily laundry
- Prepping for day (pulling charts, organizing, retrieve materials needed)
- Assist patients in needs (HEP, equipment, materials)
- Motivate patients and help them in reaching their goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate well
- Previous experience as an Aide
