Job DescriptionJob Description

McGhee Excavation and Concrete Works is looking for a self-motivated and driven Outside Sales Manager to join our sales team. This is an opportunity for a high performing sales person to grow sales opportunities in the Greensboro area while providing exceptional customer service. This is a 100% commission-based position with a car allowance, paid fuel and company provided tablet and cell phone.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in person to review their concrete projects.
  • Create a quote including drawings of the project using ArcSite software and present it to the customer.
  • Utilize CRM to follow up with customers following the estimate to find out their needs to close sales.
  • Work estimates from pre-qualifying to closing the sale.
  • Work with the project manager to produce jobs.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Arc Site a plus.
  • Computer and cell phone proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Time management.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and knowledge of concrete construction industry.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
