We are looking for a leasing agent that is aggressive, persistent, and can CLOSE THE DEAL We are offering THE BEST PAY and UNBEATABLE COMMISSIONS Up to $200 per lease

Please ONLY apply if you are BI-LINGUAL and have at least  2+ years of APARTMENT LEASING experience.

 

(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BELOW EXPERIENCE):  

• MUST BE BILINGUAL

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in property leasing 

• Excellent follow up skills via email and phone

 

Responsibilities will include:  

• Leasing agents will be responsible for coordinating the leasing and community's marketing

• Professional Appearance 

• Walk Make Readys

• Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects

• Verify application and process paperwork quickly

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects and ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
