Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a full-time, remote eCommerce Product Architect. Previous experience in a Distribution environment or similar is preferred but not required. Please note - We are only accepting application from candidates who reside in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Product Architect Overview

Writes product copy to create meaningful content that engages customers and drives business across various eCommerce platforms. Uploads and ensures product accuracy. This highly collaborative role requires collaboration with the Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Design, and Analytics teams.

Brief Description of Responsibilities

  • Writes creative, clear, concise, and brand-appropriate web copy
  • Ensures the accuracy of the copy and product information, tracks and accounts for errors, and updates all copy as directed
  • Responsible for writing and developing high-quality customer-focused e-commerce content, including persuasive copy for product pages and landing pages
  • Check facts contained in ads against buyers' advertising notes, have an eye for reviewing details in photography
  • Inputting product descriptions into a digital catalog with immaculate diligence
  • Coordinate information-gathering for all product details (i.e., weight, dimensions, size) and format them to deliver accurate and relevant selling points to the customer

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with database software
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Excellent time management skills
