Job Title: Leasing Agent

- Make LOTS of extra cash after hours

- This is a SALARY + COMMISION-based job where you will show up for open house events from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You will receive a 20% commission for any tenant that signs a lease from those who attend during your designated hours. With numerous open apartments available, the earning potential is great

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process, showcasing properties, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of property leasing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Assist in the preparation and processing of leasing agreements and related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective tenants and leasing activity
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient turnover of units
- Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
