Scope:

The Quality & Document Specialist will serve as the primary handler of our company's ISO and Documentation Programs. Our ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills and draws energy from a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISO Quality Program
  • Understand customer requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • Supervise Production staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Maintain Document Program, including UL
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Approve the right products or reject defectives

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ISO Quality Requirements
  • Understanding of IPC Manufacturing Guidelines (not required, but recommended)
  • Understanding of UL Guidelines (not required, but recommended)
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Outlook and Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
