Homefix is one of southern CA's oldest and most reputable landscape construction companies. We are currently installing outdoor living experiences for people all over southern CA and for a lot of the new construction homes. We build retaining walls, water features, swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, turf or sod, concrete and pavers, pergolas, and anything your mind can imagine. Our quality is second to none and we boast about having some of the finest craftsmen in all of southern CA. We are currently flooded with leads and referrals and are in need of two sales people. Your job will be to meet with prospects, assist them with designing their dream outdoor living space, and handling the paperwork for the project. We sell through the use of a consultative approach where we educate each consumer about the types of companies and quality that exist in the marketplace and where we fit into the market. Our close rate is currently about one out of every three that we meet with and we are generating referrals in neighborhoods where our job signs are visible. Each project yields a commission based on the total job price and the average commission is approximately $3,500. If you can meet with 15 prospects and close 5 of them you'd be looking at monthly earnings of $17,500. There is some "ramp up" time for training and then once you start your first sale can take a week to a month to close. We have leads that are starting their designing with us and take longer to close but we also have those that are ready to buy on the first visit. Your income is 100% commission and you are paid on a weekly draw system. As you sell more , you draw more, that way you do not have to wait until a project is totally installed to be paid the commission. This system allows you to earn far faster than what most companies offer.
We have expanded to the Temecula area as well as Riverside. We will limit our hires to 3 for each market so call immediately to be considered.
