Technical Support Specialist for Marine Thermal and Night Vision Systems

We're a leading innovator in marine thermal and night vision camera systems, helping captains and boat owners navigate safely and securely, day or night. We're a tight-knit team of passionate individuals, and we're looking for a bright mind to join us as a Technical Support Specialist.

· You'll be hands-on with some of the most advanced Thermal vision technology on the market. Learn the intricate thermal and Low Light imaging, and translate that knowledge into clear, concise support for our customers.

· No Lone Rangers Here: We collaborate and brainstorm solutions as a team. Your voice will be heard, and your ideas will be valued.

· More Than Just Tech: Basic computer network knowledge is a plus, but we value your problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help people.

In this role, you'll:

· Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with our marine vision systems.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and technology.

· Create helpful content, such as tutorials and FAQs, to empower customers.

· Be a bridge between our engineering team and customers, providing valuable feedback and insights.

· Participate in industry events and boat shows, showcasing our technology and building relationships with customers.
