CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet stringent tolerance requirements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop machining strategies for complex components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines, including knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam) is a plus.
• Machinist certification or relevant technical qualifications preferred.
