We are seeking an immigration lawyer to become a part of our team You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal transactions
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

  • The form of payment is per case presented, you will manage your time, work remotely guiding and reviewing the files prepared by the preparers and present the cases before Uscis.

    This is not an exclusive job, so you may have other types of projects.

    It is estimated that you will be able to review and present at least 20 cases per month, but you will be able to inform whether or not you can take all the cases assigned to you for review and presentation.
