Contribute to the success of our organization as a bilingual Medical Assistant ensuring quality patient care with your exceptional clinical skills and customer service.
Job Duties
- Assist in daily clinical operations
- Actively listen to patient needs and respond with timely action.
- Perform urine drug screen testing.
- Handle medication refills.
- Assist with patient Check in and Check out ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Collect and record vital signs.
- Triage patients.
- Operate C Arm
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures.
- Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for our patients.
- Team player who can work well within a healthcare multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to meet attendance standards
- Represent self and position appropriately to patients, visitors and co-workers
- Maintain a consistent well-groomed appearance and hygiene consistent with company dress code
Job Type:Full-time
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Diploma/Certification required
- CPR/BLS Certification required
- Hep B titers required
- Experience:
- Medical Office: 2 years preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Salary:Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability benefits, life insurance and a 401(k) plan. We are closed weekends and all major holidays.
