We are is seeking Research Analysts with experience using analytical techniques of small molecules with proven hands-on experience with liquid chromatography with tandem-mass spectrometry [LC-MS/MS].

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and comply with GLP requirements and follow Methods, Plans and SOP/SWPs and related lab procedures; comply with safety policies, comply with company policies.

  2. Use and properly maintain lab instrument and equipment appropriately for assigned tasks.

  3. Conduct Bio-analysis validation and sample analysis with minimal supervision meeting company quality standards.

  4. Conduct method development under supervision.

  5. Prepare worksheets.

  6. QC the Plans, Methods and Reports.

  7. Data processing and table preparation (i.e. QC data and preparation, data integration, raw data printing, preparation of chromatograms for the report, use of LC-MS/MS, use of Watson LIMS, etc.)

  8. Maintain accurate records of work and study documentation per Good Documentation Practices as per company SOPs.

  9. Gain basic troubleshooting skills under the supervision of the Group Leader.

  10. Maintain clean and safe lab work environment.

  11. Attend and participate in trainings, project meetings, etc.

  12. Contribute to a cohesive team environment. Communicate effectively with management, other units and coworkers.

  13. Participate in lab duties such as lab clean up, and instrument routine maintenance.

  14. Maintain proprietary and confidential information.

  15. Assumes other activities and responsibilities as assigned.

To be considered for the position, individuals are required to posses a Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree preferred, in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or a closely related field. Individuals must have 1 or more years industry experience in bioanalytical method development, validation, analysis, and sample preparation (such as blood, plasma, urine, tissue).
