We are seeking a highly motivated Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our thriving restaurant in Gainesville, FL. As an Assistant Front of the house Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

60K-70K, 5-10K potential in Bonus, Great benefits

 

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.

· Deliver exceptional guest service by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

· Build and maintain a positive and productive team culture.

· Drive sales and increase profitability through effective management.

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a FOH Manager in a high-volume restaurant.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Five-day Work Week (50hrs/week), max. of 3 closing shifts a week
