We are seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Hours:
- 5 days a week at 4 hours per day OR 4 days a week at 5 hours per day
- 9:00 a.m.-1:00 pm. (5 days) OR 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (4 days)
- 20 hours per week. Could possibly move up to 25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the company
Additional information:
- W2 employee (will consider contractors)
- In office opportunities only
- Securities background check required by FINRA
Benefits:
- Most major holidays off w/pay
- Day off on the day after Thanksgiving
- After 90 days: 3 personal days
- After 6 months: 1 week of vacation
- After 12 months: 2 weeks of vacation
- 401k offered after required hours met and vested immediately once candidate starts to participate
