We are always looking for Salespeople to join our organization. If you have a little sales experience or none at all, you need to work for Roswell Nissan.

We offer full-time employment with competitive pay and benefits to include medical, vision and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, vacation time, holiday and sick leave, company paid continuing education and training. Roswell Nissan has pay plans that are non-commission-based to better serve our customers and our employees. Salespeople with a non-commission-based pay plan will earn a base pay of $27,000 per year and the potential to make between $3000-$7000 per month in bonuses.

$3,000 Minimum Guarantee for 90 days $500 - $2,000 Sign on Bonus for Experienced Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
Company DescriptionThomas Krumland, owner and founder of Krumland Auto Group, started his vision for the group when he purchased the Roswell Toyota dealership in August of 1997. Since then, Krumland has built and rebuilt seven (7) state-of-the-art dealership facilities in Roswell and Carlsbad. Those dealerships include Roswell Toyota, Roswell Honda, Roswell Nissan, Roswell Hyundai and Roswell Ford. In Carlsbad, located in southeastern New Mexico, there is Carlsbad Ford-Lincoln and Carlsbad Chevrolet. Each of these dealerships features a lounge for customers, free Wi-Fi, coffee & snack area, including a charging station for electric cars.

The Krumland Auto Group sells approximately 650 vehicles per month through these seven dealerships.
