Title: Product Software Support Specialist

Location: Murrysville, PA 15668 – Hybrid Opportunity

Job Description:

Join our team as a Product Software Support Specialist You'll provide top-notch customer support for our compliance monitoring product line and assist with new installations. Collaborate with our software team to address customer issues and shape future releases.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate pre-install activities and conduct readiness checks.
Configure software remotely to meet customer needs.
Provide ongoing post-install support and resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or I.T.; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of IT-related customer service experience.
Strong phone skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
Solid troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computer networks.
Familiarity with Windows and mobile operating systems preferred.
Additional Information:

This role offers a flexible schedule covering 8am-8pm Monday through Friday. Limited travel may be required. Join us in delivering exceptional customer support and shaping the future of software solutions
