Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all baking processes adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong baking skills and knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards.
