Congela BioCosmetics is seeking two positions to join our dynamic sales team as a Senior Sales Specialist to turbocharge your career We are seeking ambitious professionals who excel in cultivating new business opportunities, fostering significant accounts, and driving our revenue to unprecedented levels. As part of this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and nurturing new accounts and clients, leveraging your expertise to propel our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

The dynamic senior sales Specialist will drive our company’s growth trajectory. In this role, you'll leverage a combination of incoming leads from our marketing efforts and your own determination to build and nurture client relationships. Your primary focus will be on converting these leads into loyal clients, driving sales initiatives, and expanding our client base. We're looking for someone with a strong business acumen, a results-oriented mindset, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Responsibilities:

●      Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and achieve pre-set sales goals forecasts.

●      Manage and enhance relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.

●      Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and engage with executives and decision-makers.

●      Work closely with the team to develop tactics for revenue growth.

●      Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

●      Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry changes, market dynamics, and competitors.

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred and/or a proven track record in sales with a minimum of 7 years in a sales role. Cosmetic medical sales preferred.

●      Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

●      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●      Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

●      Bilingual in English and Spanish preffered

 

Technical Competencies:

  1. CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is crucial. These tools help manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, and data analysis.
  2. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to monitor performance and make informed decisions. This includes understanding trends, forecasting sales, and using data to strategize.
  3. Digital Literacy: Proficiency with various digital tools and platforms, including social media, to engage with customers, market products, and network.
  4. Presentation Software: Skills in using software like Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides to create engaging and informative sales presentations.
  5. Market Research Tools: Ability to use tools and methodologies for conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  6. Contract Management Software: Knowledge of tools used for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements.

Human Skills:

●      Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure financial data is handled correctly and discrepancies are identified and resolved.

●      Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of data, paperwork, and deadlines.

●      Communication Skills: Effective communication skills needed to interact with colleagues, management, and external parties like vendors and customers.

●      Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and discrepancies in financial data and figure out effective solutions.

●      Time Management: Proficiency in managing one's own time and the time of others if applicable, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
