Job Title: Junior Production Designer Department: Operations

Job Description Summary: We seek a creative and detail-oriented Junior Production Designer to join our dynamic Print/Art team.

Job Description:

Art:

  • Generate proofs for current portal business cards and compare them with screenshots of artwork for quality assurance.
  • Develop 3D and template business cards from scratch upon request from sales/CSMs.
  • Create proofs for all other business cards based on existing templates.
  • Review PO/Print files with the Art team before sending them to the vendor.

Production SOW:

  • Monitor workflow and prioritize projects, including preparing quotes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, place orders, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Liaise with Sales/CSM to address product-related inquiries, processing times, artwork revisions, and production-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and enter all pertinent information into the system.
  • Provide precise quotes and identify discrepancies in job pricing, with a basic understanding of print terminology and paper specifications.
  • Maintain inventory of business card shells and coordinate with Shelly when supplies are running low.
  • Responsible for onboarding business cards to Odoo.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Pantone (PMS)/CMYK color systems.
  • Familiarity with basic printing procedures.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data entry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
