Looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in recruiter and talent acquisition. This is NOT a senior level role.

Hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 remote.  Bachelor degree required.

·  Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care

·  Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams

·  Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools

·  Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners

·  Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates

·  Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results

·  Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process

 

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams), Workday

·  Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Communicative with stakeholders (Recruiters, Team Leads, HR, Candidates)

Is able to work both remotely and in-person
