Currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant for an opportunity in the Brockton, MA area.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Office Assistant include:
-Answer incoming calls
-File documents
-Take orders and messages over the phone
-Perform data entry of the orders
-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements of the Part-Time Office Assistant:
-Previous office experience preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Knowledge of sales and telemarketing preferred
-Ability to work independently


Hours: 8:30 am -2:00 pm Tuesday’s and Friday’s and also provide coverage for vacations
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
