Operations Assistant – Schaumburg, IL

$22- $24/hour + benefits

We are a leading medical device manufacturer. We provide a line of medical testing solutions that are altering the healthcare industry. Our mission is to create testing devices that can provide accurate and early detection so that patients can be treated properly.

We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant for our Schaumburg office. The Operations Assistant  performs a variety of administrative tasks that promote office efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm sales and shipment of products; issue purchase orders, prepare invoices for payment
  • Coordinate the logistics of physical products from origin to destination
  • Participate in daily operational planning meetings
  • Control and track inventory and maintain documents and records
  • Create and maintain reports including estimated times of arrival (ETA) of shipments and lead times for products
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates for all operational activities; enter notes into internal software system

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of corporate office experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
