Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. Your responsibilities will include owning project management, maintaining project trackers, leading project timelines, and facilitating effective communication within the team. If you have a keen understanding of traditional and interactive project initiatives, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Ownership:

    • Take ownership of internal client projects from initiation to completion.

  2. Project Tracking:

    • Maintain and update client project trackers to ensure accurate project status.

  3. Timeline Management:

    • Lead and manage project timelines, tracking project progress and deadlines.

  4. Status Reports:

    • Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments.

  5. Effective Communication:

    • Serve as a strong and effective communicator, bridging the gap between teams and ensuring seamless collaboration.

  6. Proactive Planning:

    • Proactively plan and solve problems, offering solutions to achieve project goals.

  7. Understanding of Project Initiatives:

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional and interactive project initiatives.

  8. Resource Alignment:

    • Ensure timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources are aligned to support project success.

  9. Risk Mitigation:

    • Recognize risks and mitigate them through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.

  10. Administrative Tasks:

    • Coordinate creative processes.
    • Handle client and vendor negotiations.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive project initiatives.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Risk recognition and mitigation skills.
