- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Benefits & Scheduling:
- $19.75 / hour (paid weekly)
- 10-hour shifts are typical
- 4-day workweek (40 hours) is scheduled
- Schedule for FT Team Members requires a minimum of 1 shift per week on a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). We offer a selection of work schedules to select based on staffing needs.
- Shift: 10:10 am - 8:10 pm (Scheduled). Might be more or less depending on each day and individual associate. (Subject to changes throughout the year).
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate delivery van (10,000 lbs.) in a safe manner, maintain vehicle cleanliness and refuel as needed.
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions including but not limited to: Heavy rain, snow, wind, cold, heat and during limited or no daylight hours.
- Successfully handle, deliver packages, and complete route on time.
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); bending, lifting, reaching, get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a Drug Screening
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required
- Must have good speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Customer oriented with a Safety-Always mindset

- Problem solving skills
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
