Position Summary :

Auto Technicians/Mechanics are working on experimental prototype builds as well as retrofits.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive technician/mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
  • Must have own tools with rolling tool box - tools needed include:
    • impact wrench
    • electric ratchets
  • Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
  • High level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
  • Reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends

Preferred:

  • Ford experience
  • State/ASE certifications
  • Prototype build technician/mechanic experience
  • Willingness and availability to work the afternoon shift

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
