The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success 
  • 1+ years Customer Service, Sales or Collections experience 
  • Teamwork mentality 
  • Some college or military experience is a plus
  • Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties 
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates 
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations 
  • Requires high level of tact and integrity 
  • Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy 
  • Has prior experience working in Service Titan a plus

Qualifications:

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers 
  • Proven record of customer focus and relationship-building 
  • Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and poise 
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed 
  • Call center or administrative experience is a must

Work Conditions:

  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc 
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time 
  • Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job 
  • Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment 

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift (4 days/week) or 8 hour shift (5 days/week)
  • Day or evening shift

Work Location: In person
