We are searching for a motivated self-starter to join our organization as the Corporate Recruiter This person will serve as a key partner to help source, engage, and hire the best talent. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process including sourcing and screening candidates to fill role vacancies across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Post and review all job postings on a routine basis
- Ensure job postings are accurate and engaging
- Manage the screening process, including resume screenings and preliminary candidate interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs
- Provide hiring managers with interview summaries and candidate resumes, and schedule qualified candidates’ interviews with hiring managers
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and provide interview materials
- Engage in active and passive candidate searches using various channels to source candidates
- Provide recruiting and onboarding information to candidates during the recruitment process
- Manage the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) by ensuring each applicant is accurately tracked throughout the recruitment process
- Handle all internal referrals and internal job applications
- Attend recruiting fairs and networking events to source candidates and expand brand awareness
- Communicate with candidates via phone, job sites, and email, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow the defined recruiting process and ensure all hiring managers abide by standard procedures
- Coordinate and manage relationships with all external recruiters
- Perform other recruiting and HR duties as assigned
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Corporate Recruiter is required to travel for branch visits and recruiting and networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
