Utah Spine Medicine is a small, busy medical practice that specializes in the non-operative treatment of spine related medical problems.  We evaluate patients in our clinic and perform spine injection procedures in an in-office injection suite.  We are in search of a full time front desk receptionist to represent our practice and provide excellent customer service to our patients.  The applicant should be friendly, kind, hard working, dependable and organized.  We are interested in training you to obtain skills in working in other parts of our clinic as well

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, checking patients into and out of clinic, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering demographic data accurately into our computer system, working well with staff and physicians and providing excellent customer service.  The applicant also needs to be compassionate, dependable, punctual and able to multi-task.

Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, great personality, self-motivated work ethic and strong attention to details.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous reception work experience preferred, but not required.  We are very happy to train you if you are willing to be trained
