Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for retail products.
  • Collaborating with the category managers and store management teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Tracking store sales performance.
  • Creating promotional campaigns to improve brand image and reach the intended audience.
  • Create and maintain a consolidate retail marketing calendar that tracks the development and execution of all retail marketing projects
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation for marketing projects.
  • Development of client presentations and internal briefing documents including creative briefs
  • Develop content for external communication including but not limited to web & social, direct marketing programs

Requirements:
 
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns over various mediums.
  • Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market insights
  • Web design, Graphic design, Photoshop, Microsoft Office tools,
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing related position.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
