Nation Security is actively looking for exceptional security personnel to join our Tampa team. We are in search of dedicated Security Guards who are eager to support and advance our organization. Candidates must be equipped with a firearm and possess the skills to use it effectively when required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling, inspecting, and monitoring the premises, personnel, and residents to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Documenting any incident and informing of all policy breaches or procedures that take place
  • Examining, going over, and inspecting buildings and equipment as well as access points to identify any irregularities
  • Working to prevent losses and destruction by promptly reporting any observed suspicious activity
  • Circulating the facility regularly to ensure the safety and security of the community
  • Preserving the security of the establishment with a visible presence
  • Delivering excellent customer service and upholding a professional demeanor at all times
Candidate's requirements:
  • Must possess valid State of Florida security licenses, Class D and G
  • Possession of a personal firearm is mandatory for G license holders
  • Possession of a valid FL Driver's License
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Availability to work variable hours is necessary
