Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to
join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all order-related
information, ensuring seamless communication between external customers, sales
representatives, and our internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the
entire lifecycle of assigned quotes and orders, from inception to delivery, to ensure the highest
level of customer and sales representative satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, and communicate all relevant order information between external
customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, including upholstery, sewing,
product development, and sales.
- Manage the workflow of assigned quotes/orders from beginning to end, ensuring
accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with the upholstery supervisor, sewing supervisor, product
development team, and sales force to ensure timely and successful execution of all
orders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that all milestones are met according to the
customer expectations and company standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order lifecycle,
maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, orders, and project details.
- Strive to exceed customer and sales representative expectations, as evidenced by repeat
orders, sales growth, increased profit margin, referrals, and positive survey results.

RequirementsQualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in furniture manufacturing
industry.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and
accuracy.
- Detail-oriented and diligent, with a strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality of
work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
- A fast-paced environment requiring constant communication with various supervisors
and the sales force.
