Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience including resource management, logistics and project coordination. This role requires excellent customer-facing skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities with a moderate volume of projects, and a background in IT project management is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Handle multiple priorities and moderate volumes of projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree or postgraduate certification in project management or continuous improvement is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overall project management experience to include resource management, logistics and project coordination.
  • Proven customer-facing experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT project management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
