Position Overview: As a PNC (Potential New Client) Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest quality customer service to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are professional, respectful, and empathetic to client needs. This role involves handling high-volume intake calls, completing general intake documentation, and offering incentives for "on-call" availability during nights and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database entry is essential, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle High-Volume Intake Calls:

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service during interactions with potential clients.

Complete General Intake Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate and detailed completion of intake documentation.
  • Organize and maintain records for effective follow-up and case management.

Incentives for Nights and Weekends:

  • Availability for "on-call" duties during nights and weekends, with additional incentives.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adept at database entry.

Organizational Skills:

  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service/Call Center Experience:

  • While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and excel in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Compensation: Base pay plus incentives will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle high-volume intake calls efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database entry.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Portuguese, French/Creole) are encouraged to apply.
