Job Title: Lab Supervisor

Location: Small Acute Care Hospital, Southern Arizona

The Lab Supervisor will report to the Laboratory Manager and coordinate laboratory activities in conjunction with the Laboratory Director. The role involves supporting laboratory staff with various duties.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 to $93,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $15,000
  • Free healthcare coverage for employees and family members
  • Located in a great family-oriented community near a major airport

Requirements:

  • Must meet CLIA criteria for high complexity laboratory technical supervisor requirements
  • Possess and maintain good standing in a national registry of ASCP (MT) or a nationally recognized equivalent
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • ASCP or AMT certification
