Exciting opportunity to join a prominent AEC firm, known for its excellence and innovation We are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator that will focus on their federal projects.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the estimating team to create proposals and understand customer specifications.
  • Present comprehensive analysis to upper management and propose final bids for projects.
  • Manage the full scope of projects, negotiating pricing and changes in scope and scale of work.
  • Work closely with internal and external professionals to provide accurate financial and pricing analysis.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.



Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, digital PDF software (Bluebeam or Adobe preferred), and digital takeoff and markups (Accubid Anywhere preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for projects.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.



Licensure/Certification:

  • CPE Specialty Accreditation Preferred.
  • PMP Specialty Accreditation Preferred.
