The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Amazon product listings, creating ASINs, and maintaining account health. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and policies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ASIN Creation and Management: Create, update, and manage ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) for new and existing products. Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and adheres to Amazon's guidelines.

  • Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates. This includes keyword research, writing compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and managing backend search terms.

  • Account Health Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the health of the Amazon seller account. This includes tracking performance metrics, managing customer feedback, handling A-to-Z claims, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels. Monitor inventory health, resolve stranded inventory issues, and manage replenishment.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and account health.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies and ensure all listings comply with their guidelines. Address any policy violations or compliance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, with a strong focus on ASIN creation and account health.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace, including SEO best practices, listing optimization, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and other related tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of the online retail landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
