Customer Service Representative Job Summary
Are you an empathetic & optimistic customer service representative that treats every customer like a VIP? Do you genuinely LOVE talking with and helping people?
This could be the perfect position for you. We are looking for a customer-focused customer service representative to be the voice of our company
In this role, you will answer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our products and services. You will also assist customers in scheduling service and placing orders. All of our Customer Service Representatives are trained to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service.
We prefer candidates who have some background in customer service or sales, but we are willing to train the right person.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
- Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
- Field phone calls, emails, and chat requests
- Coordinate and schedule services with our customers
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Work closely with customers and our team to quickly resolve any issues
- Follow up with maintenance reminders
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience a plus
- Experience with corporate phone systems or switchboard preferred
- Flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills

The company was geared for mostly residential emergency repair services and installations.
