Responsibilities and Job Description
- Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and customer orders.
- Ensuring food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
- Managing inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure sufficient supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately, cash handling skills required
- Assembling orders and packaging food for dine-in or take-out customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions, or calm under pressure.
Each member of the food truck plays a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the business.
