Key Responsibilities:

  • Main and process Accounts Payable including invoices match and validation, identifying and research outstanding invoices, handling and resolving vendor inquiries regarding issues with unpaid invoices, maintaining vendor profiles.
  • Review A/P Aging, initiate weekly payments
  • Review expense reports and credit card transactions, validate coding
  • Obtain W-9s from vendors; assist with distribution of 1099s
  • Assist with vendors' account reconciling as requested
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Assist with Quarterly and Annually Financial and Sox audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1 years of accounting experience
  • Advanced skills and knowledge Microsoft office Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience using any accounting software is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
  • Highly detail-oriented
