Location: York, PA - Pasta Production Facility

We take pride in crafting artisanal pasta products of the highest quality, supplying our own restaurants, Aviano's, Presto Fast Italian, The Pressroom, and Andonia's Chophouse, as well as other fine dining establishments across the region. Our commitment to traditional pasta-making techniques and superior ingredients has made us a trusted source for authentic Italian pasta.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Pasta Maker to join our team. As a Pasta Maker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of artisanal pasta shapes using traditional methods. You'll work in a dynamic and creative environment where you can contribute to the excellence of Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft fresh pasta from scratch, following our recipes
  • Create various pasta shapes and styles, such as fettuccine, spaghetti, gemelli, orecchiette 
  • Maintain the highest standards of pasta quality and consistency
  • Keep an impeccably clean and organized workspace
  • Assist in monitoring and managing pasta inventory
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Deliver pasta and other inventory to restaurants as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Pasta Maker or similar role a plus, but not necessary
  • Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality pasta
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Driver's License
