Job Title: Marketing and Event Coordinator

Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events to ensure their success along with Business Marketing. This role requires a creative individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences, and a desire to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:


- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish
- Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage event budgets and expenses effectively
- Oversee event logistics and accommodations
- Coordinate marketing efforts
- Monitor and evaluate event performance using analytics tools
- Utilize strategies to promote business sales
- Maintain Business Marketing
- Utilize digital marketing to increase business visibility
-Turning event inquiries into party and event bookings and following up with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Build relationships with our guests as we book, plan, implement and host their events
-Bring creativity and excitement to our birthday parties and events and being willing to think outside of the box
-Track and handle party inventory needs and expenses, while aiming to upsell and keep costs low
-Improve sales strategies and reduce costs when possible
-Seek out opportunities for community involvement and outreach for brand building
-Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.

Experience:


- Highly motivated and driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated tolerance and understanding for diverse cultures
- Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills
-Confident and authoritative demeanor, proficient in handling interactions with children, parents, and staff
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in event coordination or related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of content marketing principles is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and market trends is a plus
- Proficiency in Marketing techniques is a plus
- Experience with advertising and analytics tools is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Ability to implement social media marketing campaigns effectively is a plus
-Have a strong product knowledge of our different event offerings and be able to communicate this with guests is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
