Looking for company that you can grow with? Do you want to learn a new industry where you can develop a long-term career? We are looking for a motivated person for sales and service team support. This is a hybrid position with several job duties and the opportunity to learn the industrial air compressor industry on all levels.  The ideal candidate should be customer centric, self-motivated, team communicator, and have a willingness to learn products and applications. If you have previous experience in inside support in industrial equipment sales, we’d like to meet you. We would also consider someone new to the industry with business support experience. 

This position would be developed for the inside support anchor for the company.

Our team has the experience and knowledge of the air compressor industry to provide both. Responsibilities:

·       Support outside sales team

·       Support outside service team 

·       Support for company managers

·       Assist with shipping / receiving

·       Maintain inventory 

·       Maintain facilities

·       Job parts staging for service & equipment staging for sales

·       Phone inquiries

·       Personal development of industry knowledge

·       Effective time management and follow up process

·       Other tasks as needed or assigned

 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

 

·       Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or other relevant field and 2+ years' B2B sales experience in the industrial / capital equipment industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Valid Driver's License and clear motor vehicle record

·       Forklift experience & material handling 

·       Effective communication and presentation skills

·       Strong interpersonal and networking skills

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

·       Available Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
