We are looking for an experienced, year-round tax preparer to join our team.  To be successful you will need to be organized, deadline-oriented, and be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.  Critical thinking is a must with a knack for details, follow-through, and tactful customer service and communication skills to explain complex tax regulations to clients.  Attending company-sponsored webinars will be part of your continual training and development to stay current on tax regulations, with opportunities to focus on specific tax areas of interest.  

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday – Friday, and Saturdays during tax seasons.  This position is on-site, and candidates must reside in Chula Vista or San Diego regions.  We are not considering remote or hybrid work arrangements.
