Position Summary: Coordinate the clinical operations of a busy internal medicine practice. This is an excellent "growth" opportunity for an Experienced/Senior MA and/or LPN - RN looking for a "Life Friendly Schedule.

This position reports to and works closely with the Owners and Medical Director in running the facility. Oversight and focus areas includes ensuring quality care of patients, revenue cycle management, assistance in hiring & evaluation of staff, training of center personnel, center regulatory compliance, supply management, scheduling, ensure efficient utilization of EMR & internal systems, and responding to patient issues.

  • Ensure continual delivery of high quality clinical care
  • Adopt and implement innovative clinical care/medical assistant practices to improve our facility
  • Recruit, select and guide clinical care/medical assistant
  • Ensure that clinical care/medical assistant remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards
  • Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment
  • Mentor the Medical Assistants
  • Facilitates patient medication management based upon standing orders and protocols.
  • Ensure adequate stock of regular supplies and place / coordinate orders for needed inventory (general supplies, medical supplies, vaccines, lab supplies)
  • Provide staff coverage as needed
  • Arrange emergency services as necessary
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
    • Evaluates clinical care, utilization of resources, and development of new clinical tools, forms, and procedures.
