Accounts Receivable - Collections Specialist ( F/T position)
Marietta, GA
Pay: $21 /hour
Shift: 8am-4pm M-F

Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Clerk in our Marietta office reporting to the AP / AR Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collections on Accounts(soft)

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Answer phones and interact with customers for payments, missed invoices and other requests.
Maintain and update customer files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

*****Must have two years of Collections experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to interact professionally with customers and other departments.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience required.
Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge a plus.
NetSuite ERP experience a plus.
